Filmmakers, photographers, and production teams can shoot across a striking range of backdrops — lakefront docks, forested roads, open chaparral, a working equestrian center, and rustic cabins — all within one secured, 173-acre site. The same grounds also make a unique venue for corporate retreats, conferences, and school, religious, or community events, with the capacity to host groups from 10 to 2,500+ and overnight accommodations for 200 or more. Set within the Angeles National Forest just 1.5 hours from Los Angeles, and designed by the architectural firm behind the Getty Center, the property’s lakes, meadows, and hillsides create a memorable backdrop for any occasion — supported by state-of-the-art facilities and a host of onsite recreational activities. Every rental helps support The Painted Turtle’s mission to provide transformative Camp experiences to children with serious illnesses and their families, completely free of charge.
