Campers & Families Liver Disease - Noncommunicable Liver Transplant Small Bowel Transplant Total Parenteral Nutrition/Gastrointestinal Tube Feeding Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases (PIDD) Ulcerative Colitis Crohn's Disease Mitochondrial Disease Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EOE)

Highlights of this program include:

  • Cabins of 5-6 campers
  • Cabin Counselors to ensure camper safety and fun!
  • All of your favorite Camp activities including Woodshop, Arts and Crafts, Boating, Fishing, swimming in the pool, Creative Arts, Archery, Ropes Course, Campfire, Silly Olympics, Stage Night, and more!

Requirements and Eligibility:

  • Age Requirements:
    • Summer Camp: Between the ages of 7-16
  • Have a minimum developmental age of 5 years
  • Be able to function and participate in a group setting
  • Able to communicate needs independently
  • Can be without family members for a limited period of time (overnight retreats and family weekends) or the duration of the camp session (summer camp)

The following conditions are served during this session:

  • Liver Transplant
  • Liver Disease- not communicable
  • Small bowel transplants
  • Tube feeding/TPN dependent 
  • Primary Immunodeficiency Disease
    • Special notes:
      • SCID: Must be successful post-transplant
      • GCD and mild Combined Immune Deficiencies
  • Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis
  • Mitochondrial Disease
  • EOE
